Mr. Omoniyi Michael Adeoye is a core professional, qualified and licensed insurance practitioner with over 29 years of experience in the industry; well-endowed in sales management, training and human resource development.

He holds a Higher Diploma in Marketing and Advance Diploma in Marketing Management from the Business School of Netherlands and the prestigious Lagos Business School respectively. A certified Insurance Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Insurance and licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).

He is also the founder and chairman of Progressive Steps International School; a co-educational private school located at No. 4, Ogunlana lane, Off Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos State.

He is happily married and blessed with beautiful children.
