Engineering Policy Covers:
This insurance provides economic safeguard to the risks faced during construction projects, installation projects and physical loss or damage to machinery and equipment.
Erection All Risks: This insurance protects against all risks of unforeseen and physical losses or damage arising from the erection and installation works other than those excluded. You can also extend this insurance to cover the post-erection period to include all testing and commissioning work phases.
Contractors All Risks: It covers all risks of loss, destruction or damage, loading and unloading for the purpose of the contract works, materials incorporated or to be incorporated in the contract work.
CAR Extensions: It covers properties for which the insured is responsible at the site or elsewhere in-transit. It covers temporary building used as an office, residence and storage and public liability on site RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects).
It covers liability against principal and the contractors by the third-party Professional fees and Debris removal.
